Events 29 September 2008 Someone please help me... By Adrian, team leader of pudu market KSK volunteers tried to look for the guy who had eye problems that Ruby saw last week but they couldn't find him. At about 6.30pm they saw the 70 year old man with fever and cough and according to him, he collapsed 3 days ago. Dr. Chong found out that this old man has right lower zone pneumonia (right lung infection), right cataract with inflamation and severe multiple abcesses(right eye problem). He also had open sores on both forearms. Dr. Chong proceeded to prescribe some medicine and antibiotics to him. Afterwards, the team accompanied the old man to the Eastern Clinic just around the corner to get more medicine for the old man. The nurse was very kind to help the old man and refused to accept Dr. Chong's money but Dr. Chong insisted to pay. The volunteers were very touched and happy to see such kind gestures from Dr. Chong.
